Logo cannot be changed

#Please go to Appearance -> Theme Options -> General -> Logo & Favicon and setup the logo for the whole site. Then go to edit the homepage, pull down the Page Option section and remove the specific logo for the homepage there. It will receive the logo you have set from the Theme Options.

#for themes that use header builder with Elementor, go to Elementor->Settings and select for "FTC Header"

then go to home page, select edit Header and edit logo here
