    I don't know what this prestashop thing is but I couldn't find a better option. My visual composer is not allowing any updates I make to apply. I can't delete any items and if I add an item and hit "apply" the page refreshes to the default layout and all the changes I make are lost.

    I don't know how these will help you understand any better. I purchased a theme from you called "Food Store". The theme comes with "Visual Composer" by WP Bakery. I use visual composer as a page builder. However, it doesn't work. Non of the changes I make are saved when I hit the "Update" button.


    If we can't get this to work I will whole heartily demand a full refund because it will likely result in me losing a client.

    I know you guys are hard at work on this one but I've got an update for you. I installed the theme and plugins onto another website I manage that's under a different host provider. It seemed to work flawlessly. I reinstalled the theme and plugins on the original website but it has not seemed to make any difference at all. 


    Its host is GoDaddy using the managed wordpress hosting option.

    I think it's problem of WP Bakery, You can install this version of plugin http://demo.themeftc.com/plugins/js_composer.zip

    One of our customer got this issue with firefox browser, He try reinstall this version and solved his problem.

    This has been the strangest problem I have run into in a while. I switched to Chrome, before using your plugin, and it let me delete content and update those changes but it would not let me add any content. 


    I installed your plugin and it seems like everything is working on FireFox (which I prefer) but no change on Chrome (which I'm okay with). Long story short, make sure your clients aren't hosting with GoDaddy. They are a joke and you'd be better off just using Wix or Square Space then having to deal with their unprofessional setup.
