You can set shop page of woocommerce on settings and this page auto update all your product to this page. If you wanna set shop page to home page you can change it on Dashboard> settings > reading > home page( > select shop)
You can't insert shop page into our home design, you must use our element like FTC- product, or Ftc Product slider to show your product to home design.
