    Hello,

    i bought credo theme, and i dont know how to put a product in "deal of the week", i chosed a category etc, but my product doesn't appear on screen.

    Maybe i have to do something to make it work ? And i didnt find the way to chose the countdown.

    Hi,

    I think your problem is you don't set deal time for your  product.

    You can go to the product edit, then set sale price and deal time to sale there http://prntscr.com/hqbkz8

    then go to edit page, in element FTC Deal Product Slider, you choose the category have product deal to show it.

    Hi,

    my products were already on sale with a period, i found the solution by changing "product type" to "mixed order".

    I have an other issue in the theme, i dont have the page builder for "FTC Footer" pages, i only see the code [vc_row]etc..

    How can i fix it please ?

    Hi,

    You can go to Wp Bakery Page Builder > Role manager, select custom in Post types and choose ftc_footer then save your change. That's all.
