    Hi! Can you tell me how to update the theme? I understand you got an update and I downloaded the file in my themeforest account. Do I need to uninstall the old file and upload the new theme file? Will I lose the customizations I did?

    Hi,

    If you did customizations on child theme, you wouldn't lost them when you update. You just lose all change on parent theme.

    If you wanna update theme, you can use envato toolkit plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/toolkit-for-envato/

    In new version osapa theme, don't forget install and active plugin we recommend in appearance > install plugin (it's redux framework plugin)
