Good morning,

It's problem from config of your server.

You must increase connect_time out of mysql (minimum should be: 300)

In the file config Php.ini ,Increase max_allowed_packet (minimun should be: 10M)

Increase upload_max_filesize, post_max_size, max_execution_time, file_uploads = On

You can contact with your host provide to config all of them first.

max_execution_time=6000
file_uploads=On
max_input_time=300

You can find it on cpanel , in file "php.ini"
