Hi, we are fixed it on lastest version theme, you can help me go to themeforest to download and update theme.
After update, dont forget remove plugin themeftc and reinstall it from appearance > install plugins.

Just go to http://themeforest.net/downloads to download lastest version theme you purchase.
If you don't have custom theme on child theme, you will be lost all your custom thing.

no no puedo, pero me gustaría que el tamaño pueda ser través del CMS por si quiero cambiar en cualquier momento de tamaño.
I noticed you insert logo on page option.
You can remove this logo from page option, then put your logo on theme options (dashboard > appearance > theme option > logo.
Because, when you insert logo on page option, it'll be auto crop.
