If you wanna make menu like our demo, you can go to FTC-Importer then import our setting file for mega main menu. Then go to mega main menu to save the change.
Don't forget remove cache from web browser.

Menu is not working as expected. Theme Karo. I installed according to the instructions and loaded the theme demo content.
