Bueno amigo jamie antes de ir a Apariencia > Opciones de tema, tienes que preguntarle a las personas si tienen el plugin Redux Framework instalado puesto que este es el que habilita la opción (" Opciones de tema") en la pestaña de Apariencia.

y he hecho todas las modificaciones posibles y aun no consigo ese resultado, aqui anexo una captura de como esta actualmente.

Hi, You can help me go to Appearance > theme options > Ecommerce > Product category
then select layout for your shop page: for example: http://prntscr.com/k2oolk
and select layout for detail page here: http://prntscr.com/k2oosr
Then go to Appearance > widgets to correct the sidebar like you mean http://prntscr.com/k2op6o

We are using redux framework to make theme option, you must install this plugin to use theme option and config your site.
