When installing the template I do not see the main menu and the Footer and I have not been able to make them appear in the design of my page. Why can not I get the entire template uploaded if I'm following the steps in the documentation?
After install and active theme, please go to Appearance > install plugins to install and active all plugin we are recommend. You can see the mega main menu plugin there...
Then you can use FTC-Importer to import our sample data(pages, post, sample product, image..etc)
And please correct some setting from edit page, may be you must select the category for element FTC Product slider, FTC Testominal, FTC Blogs and Brands.
Let me know if you still get problem when make your site like our demo, you can provide me admin panel, I can help you config your site quickly.
