You can find the document on download file. Please open the file index.html by web browser to read it.

About demo data, we are not use importer of wordpress to import xml file any more, now you can install plugin FTC-Importer from appearance > install plugins. and use it to import our demo content by one click.

If you wanna use xml file, you can find it on plugin FTC-Importer. We put it on file theme> inc> plugins > FTC-Importer.zip
