    Can you look at my home page, I would like to format my footer-1 where the email sign up is located to look like your DEMO 3.  Can you share with me how to make it look the same?

    You can help me check the FTC Footer to get short code of demo footer home 3.

    If you delete it or don't have it anymore, you can provide me admin panel access of your site.

    I will config it for you.
