    I've received a message that I can download a theme update but I can only see the full theme download.

    Is there are theme update file to download and install or do I need to download the full theme and overwrite my current files?

    To keep all data safe, please backup 1 copy, create a child-theme of the theme you are using, and proceed to follow the instructions below.

    Thanks for that. I'm afraid WPBakery Page Builder hasn't updated with the theme update.  Can you please advise what I can do to rectify this. Many thanks.

    If you are using WPBakery <version 5.6, please delete it and reload the latest version 5.6 here

    All good on desktop and I've managed to change settings so slider is responsive on mobile however the cart is expanded on mobile pushing the slider down. Would be grateful for advice on how to fix this.

    Slider Revolution -> Slider Setting

    I just checked and I'm afraid the problem still exists on my iPhone. I've uploaded an image so you can see what I mean.  This has only happened since the theme update :(

    that may be a css problem, add the following attribute to the style.css file
    a.ftc-cart-tini.cart-lb {
        display: none;
    }
    .my-cart {
        display: none;
    }

    The problem will be fixed

    Oh no! 

    I've just been advised that when using the phone to access the site:

    when you click on shop and then on any of the categories they don’t open on the phone (they work fine on desktop though).

    Any ideas on how to fix this?  Many thanks.

    I had to go in and clear my cache (reloading the page just didn't work).
