    I have updated the woochi theme to version 1.1.7. When trying to edit the pages I can not find the "Backend editor" button and neither the "Visual-Text" mode to add new elements.

    How can I save a copy of the design made in a template to be able to modify another design and in case of errors can load the initial template?

    The problem you encountered because WPbakery version doesn't support Wp 5.0, I upgraded it to help you, and now everything is back to normal, you can check again

    Please download the child-theme to edit the file structure into it without affecting the root directory.
    Also, to make sure the data is safe, use Tool-> Export-> all content to save the entire contents of your site,

    Hi Edison !

    Please download WP Reset plugin to type "reset" it to reset your entire site, then delete all the plugins in use, then proceed to active theme and install it as at first.
    One problem is that your previous settings for wordpress have been lost
    # Another way is to delete all the old information and data of the current site including: Post, page, FTC Footer, Fortifolios, Testimonial, Media, Revolution Slider, Product  then proceed to use FTC Importer to import all demo data again

    I have already restored my theme in WP. I installed the template again following the steps of the documentation, updated Pluggins, imported the Demo version. However, the default images of the template do not appear and it shows a message that says something like the template contains obsolete copies. Can you help me solve?

    Hi Edison !

    to view outdated files of Woocommerce, visit Woocommerce-> Status and scroll down to the bottom of the templates,
    in this section it will provide an outdated file and the version needs updating,
    What you need to do is go to Appearance- <Editor to the file it requires and change the version of the file (eg 3.5.2 to 3.5.5)
    Only change the version without changing the content
    The problem will be solved

    I have a query. I have completely installed my Woochi theme and I have no conflicts for updating pluggins, however, when loading the theme, the default product images that appeared or the blogs do not appear. When I edit a page removing some blocks of text and update changes, sometimes I get 404 error and it says that it did not find the page. I have not managed to edit my Woochi template freely like the first time. What is this about? Can you access my wp to help me check what happens?

    I have re-imported the product for you, the image is fully displayed, the footer is also displayed, but the problem of loading the page is problematic, please contact the hosting provider immediately to solve this problem, Cannot save when editing in Edit Page, link is disconnected from the site, please contact them immediately to be resolved promptly

    Hi  Edison !

    go to Appearance-> Widget-> 3 widgets displaying menus including "Footer Top"; "Footer middle" and "Footer Bottom"; Delete the "FTC Footer" items it is using and re-add them again, then select the menu it is using, your footer will display.
    # your product images are lost, problems occur and you cannot import the full product images, please provide admin account, I will help you re-import this product
