I'm finding it difficult to get to the code that was uploaded to the site as demo. I need to modify images, etc... Can you tell me please how to access this code once the page has been initially created and published?
Please download the entire plugin and active it, then use FTC importer to import all data, changing the display will use WPBakery in Edit Page and our items will support that.
I have written twice to ask if the template used in your advertisement for the template has been modified by a developer or was created straight out of the box. Can you answer this for me please?
The client is currently having the site integrated with a drop ship company. We need to see how this looks before moving forward. After integration, if the site doesn't closely resemble the advertisement for the template, we will need a full refund for the purchase price.
Currently, the image behind the bread crumbs is being tiled when replaced. Also, the ID numbers listed for images around the site, that were imported with the demo content, do not correspond with their associated code.
Can you send me basic instructions on how to fix these two issues? I don't think the client would be comfortable with you folks accessing and fixing something from the template that is this basic and should not be at issue after purchase.
I read the documentation about mobile menu. The advertisement clearly states that the template is mobile ready. However, the menu doesn't display a drop down when clicked. Can you tell me please how to enable to mobile menu in this template?
I spoke with the client. He wants to abort trying to configure the Carna template and is requesting a refund. Too much to do here, not intuitive, update configuration is too many steps, documentation in different places, product not as advertised, etc...
You need to provide the site name and access account (which is needed) so I can see the details of the problem that is happening with it and help you fix the problem, It will be faster for us to handle it and help your customers
My client has returned to his previous template and we will be developing his website with it.
Please process the refund as requested. Please only address this issue in your reply.
As previously stated, the client will not allow access to his site by strangers. Please respect his wishes.
Your advertising does not mention that the developers of the template may need to “Fix” something. This experience has been unpleasant and time consuming for both him and I.
If you do not refund his purchase price quickly and without futher diversion, I will escalate this with Envato and social media.

Hi Michael James Stahl !

Thank you Kevin, for your reply.
I have followed the instructions to download demo content and activate. I am familiar with WP Bakery as well.
The code from demo makes reference to ID for place holder images which do not correspond to images contained in download.
Please tell me how to change image without it being represented as Tiled.
Has the template been modified by a developer to create what we see in the advertisement for the template?
Thank you.
Kind regards, Mike Stahl
