    I purchased and installed the Vani theme.  It didn't come with Visual Composer. 

    Did I miss something?

    How do I get my money back.  I can't even edit.  Can view or edit footers.  I can only change pictures.  When I do edit something it doesn't even save and I'm on a deadline. 

    Please reach back as soon as possible as I want a refund.

    I have submitted a request; however, I am curious... again.. i am missing files from the download and the documentation does not match what you have currently.. no one has addressed that.  Also, I found the distorted css file for the subscription pop up but it won't allow me to overwrite anything... but the alignment is off... I'm not paying for another template until I receive a refund.. so if this is what I have to work with can we get someone on the phone at least to fix these problems... like I can tell you the exact location of the errors in the actual code.. or yall can send me the exact files i need to do it with out touch anything... please assist... i can leave my number what ever i have a deadline please

    Issue 1)  The documentation doesn't seem to have been updated when t he actual template was updated

    Issue 2)  The subscribe button doesn't align with the input box and doesn't appear on mobile at all

    Issue 3)  I don't believe I received all the files required 

    Customization - Is limited in the widgets unless I hard code but I shouldn't have to 

    What information do you need from me?
