I am considering your theme, but have two concerns, which needs to be clarified first. The questions are regarding karo Theme.
1. in you demo page for PRODUCT VARIATION SWATCHES: https://demo.themeftc.com/karo/product/azrouel-dress-variable-2/?options=0-1-0-0-0 You could choose one of the three colors: black, blue and brown. The problem is after you choosing one color, for size and image there is only one option, but you still have to click the only option of size and image to get the price shown. In my opinion, if there is only one option there, you do not have to choose that one option. And second, if you choose only color, you could not change the color option, it is fixed and could not be changed... The only solution is refresh the page... That is not intuitive. Customer should be able to change his option without refreshing.
2. icon problem. If the product is on sale, it shows on the right side above of the product picture a sale icon. Like in this page https://demo.themeftc.com/karo/product/azrouel-dress-variable/ Could it show the percentage of the discount on the right side above with an icon?

1. Yes, it is our mistake. No need to click the only option of size and image to get the price shown. We will consider to update it as soon as possible.

1. I tried again the demo page. I noticed, once you have chosen the two options out of the three(color,size and image) then you could not restore the chosen option. for example, if I have chosen black of the color, at this point, I could change the color to blue or brown, but if I then have chosen the size or that image, I could no longer change the color then. Better would be, I could still change the first option even I have chosen two out of three... It would be appreciated.
2. That(showing percentage of discount) would be nice and very helpful function.
3. What if I want to use your website in German, but not English. Would it be easy for me to change all the words inside the website from English to German?
1. I think it is normal. Because only "Black" color match with size "S". So once you chosen the size "S", you can not choose other color. If you want to change color you can click "Clear Selection" to remove select size "S".
If you want the size "S" has 3 colors, you can set it in Admin Panel attributes part.
2. Yes, you can use the site in German very easy. You can use plugin WPML.
