    Greetings 

    I can not downoad the required plugin FTC Import. It fails as it doesn't find the package, they generate the error -> Download failed. Not Found:

    Hi Haris Saleem 

    What you need to do is activate the main theme (not child-theme) then go to Appearance-> Install plugin and reload it
    Your problem will be resolved

    same issue arise for me too kevin...demo import stuck at 45%
