to set up the logo for the whole site go to Appearance-> Theme options -> General-> Logo & favicon and choose the logo here then go to the Editpage of the homepage, pull down the Page option section and delete the section for selecting the individual logo for each page, it will receive the logo you have set apart from the options theme.
Please use the Autoptimize plugin to optimize css, html and css, and use Cache-related plugins to increase page loading performance like W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache
