How can I let the vendor select the attributes?  

now the admin can specify the attributes for each product but I want the vendors to select them.

I've read it and I couldn't find the answer. 

I added attributes like colors and sizes. I want these attributes displayed in "add product" page to let vendors able to choose the values when they add products. 

I also want to add text boxes in "add product" page and show the values in the product page. Is there any way to add them using wordpress dashboard or I have to edit the php files? if I have to edit the php files please provide me names of the files.
