I have used your ThemeFTC Import function to do a "Full Import". It stated that it was 100% and successful, yet it never imported any homepages, so it looks nothing like the demo. In fact, it only imported maybe 7 pages, mostly WooCommerce related. I ensured ALL plugins were installed and activated beforehand. I also tried reloading to set the homepage and importing JUST Demo Content to no avail. Why didn't it import other pages, such as the various homepages in your demo?
Please leave us your wp-admin account, I will check the details of your problem and fix it, help you complete the demo on the site we just updated a new version with version 1.1.9 with many changes compared to 1.1.8, We are happy to help you to complete your goals
Wow, thank you so much for such a quick response. Unfortunately, I must decline as our client is on a deadline and we were able to locate a different (and cheaper) option that auto installed flawlessly in just a couple of minutes. :(
Be it as it may, the decision wasn't a result of your support response time, but rather the shear number of tickets with technical problems that could prove futile to the project. That coupled with the high number of excessive plugins (which weighs the product down as seen in attached Google PageInsights screenshot), makes the product less than production ready.
The demo importer should check the hosting requirements prior to import. The server specs has worked just fine for other WordPress themes with little to no adjustment.
Unfortunately, our client is very strict and we cannot present a random blog as evidence that Google PageInsights isn't definitive. We would like a refund, please.

By the way, I saw a "One Click Demo Install" menu tab in the Dashboard, but it came up blank.
