I'm having a menu issue when using the theme.

I get this error message :

The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

also none of the options are available (marked in blue ouline on screenshot)

If i deactivate the theme and use one of the default wordpress theme, everything works fine.

Any idea what I can do?
