To make sure that there are no errors during the import process, use the WP Reset plugin to refresh the entire site, and upload the theme, download and activate the required plugins at Appearance-> Install plugin. then use FTC Importer to import data, leave your wp-admin account, I will fix the current problem.

I need to know the permanent solution for that issue. Honestly, this has never been the case with any other themes, that we have purchased.
