How do I change the background colour of the top header? The attachment shows the header that I'm currently using. I want to change the colour of the blue at the top-most header.

Hello Michael !
You go to Customize -> Additional Css and add the following code and then save.
.header-ftc.header-layout3 .header-nav{ background: #333333; }Note: #333333 - is the color code.
