Hi, the Peto menu does not respond when in mobile format. The issue is the same for browser on a mobile browser, or on a PC when collapsing
the size of the browser Window. Please see attachments. Theme is latest
update. Whether MegaMenu is enabled or disabled it's the same.
# problem occurs on site because your PHP is outdated please update to php> 7.0, then download and activate the plugins that the theme requires at Appearance-> install plugin
OK, thanks Kevin, I have to see if the provider will do that. Do I have to uninstall/delete and reinstall the plugins? Or do I have to disactivate, get PHP updated and reactivate? Thanks, Ian
OK Kevin, thanks. I updated to 7.3, and the problem was the same. In the end I it turned out to be the Redux plugin that breaks it. I don´t use it so not a problem. At least the php is upto date and we have the menu on small devices, so all OK.
The problem is that you have not activated the Woocommerce Plugin, because the theme is an e-commerce theme, to avoid problems, it is necessary to activate Woocommerce.

Hi Ian !
Redux plugin As the plugin displays Theme options, you need to enable it for everything to work properly on your site
thank you and have a good day
Hi Kevin, so if activating the Redux plugin breaks the menu working responsively, what should I do?
Thanks
Ian
