Hello! I am trying to import demo content for theme "Organico." When I click "Full Import," nothing happens. When I select which options I'd like for custom import, the import button is still grayed out and I'm unable to import. How else can I do a full import?
I was able to import the demo content when I deleted the Cache; however, I am still unable to access the demo layouts. Where would those be imported?
Also, I am unable to override the Organico Theme logo on the home page. I have updated the site identity to my company logo and name, but the Organico logo stays. Is this a glitch as well or is there something else I need to do to remove it?
Please go to Appearance -> Theme Options -> General -> Logo & Favicon and setup the logo for the whole site. Then go to edit the homepage, pull down the Page Option section and remove the specific logo for the homepage there. It will receive the logo you have set from the Theme Options.

Hi Kevin, I'm having a similar issue. I've imported the demo content for the entire site, however when trying to select and import the 'Furniture' homepage and demo it's running and says imported, however nothing happens. Please can you help?! Matt

This is a small issue related to the theme when updating WP 5.5,
Please provided site name, your wp-admin account, I will check the details of the problem and help you adjust on the site

I have corrected this problem, delete the Cache and use FTC Importer to import the entire demo on the site
