I have just seen your Karo jewelry theme, it looks beautiful and well designed, but I still doubt whether I will encounter some problems regarding importing and uploading a demo. So my question; what are the requirements of your theme (not the ones listed in the theme forest) with concern of the PHP setting like max-execution time, max-input time, and etc?
My server provider imposes the limitation that is listed in the attachment, those can not be changed. Are they enough to upload your demo's?

It is enough to install theme and demo content.
