I purchased the theme and tried importing demos as per documentation but it contains only partial content, the products in FTP was partially installed. Tried doing it multiple times. 

"The problem is FTC Import plugin is not getting installed it is asking for update, but during update it is showing error of folder already exist."

i have a same problem. I think, i properly imported plugins, demo and content to website. But the homepage which i selected demo, is not uploaded properly to my website homepage. 

Do you have any solution by now?

@Cengiz - No. Not yet. I am waiting to hear from them. I hope they solve our issue otherwise it is a waste of money. I would be really disappointed.

Yes, you are right. My problem is homepage feature/content is not like as demos. I tried 3 demos, same problem all of them.

I guess, you have a plugin problem. I also got the same error while installing the plugins. When I removed and reinstalled plugin again, the problem was resolved.
