I am using FTC Product Categories widget on woocommerce shop page. I set options "Show sub categories" and "Hide empty categories" but they don't seem to work correctly.
"Show sub categories" doesn't change anything.
"Hide empty categories" displays only 1 category but I have more categories.
If you go to Product-> categories you will see the parent categories to have quantity = 0 then when "hidden categori empty" it will hide the sub categories. # Please add the products in the sub-category and the parent category for the complete and most accurate display
Unfortunately, the widget still does not display subcategories. Looking at inspect I can see that style "display: none" is added to children categories (subcategories). Is it intended to work that way if I select to display subcategories?
I know how to open subcategories on the filter sidebar but I'm talking about the widget next to breadcrumbs. The widget has an option to display subcategories but setting it "on" doesn't display them.

Hi Kevin,
Thanks, "Hide empty categories" works now.
Unfortunately, the widget still does not display subcategories. Looking at inspect I can see that style "display: none" is added to children categories (subcategories). Is it intended to work that way if I select to display subcategories?
Hi Jokubas
You can open sub categories by clicking the "+" button.

Hi Jokubas
Currently the breadcrumbs section of the breadcrumbs does not support the sidebar, you should choose individual categories for this.
thanks
