after deleting how would get download those? Theme will detect it automatically the missing one and will download those or I have to download it from somewhere?

if you do not provide any new update which you did not after Feb at least you have to provide all updated plugin!

To update these paid plugins go to Deactive Plugins and delete them, then download the new version at Appearance->install plugin
