I have purchased the Karo jewelry theme, but it seems not to work properly with latest WordPress / woocommerce versions.
Imported demo pages have many display mistakes and the „theme options“ mentioned in the install tutorial delivered with the zip package does not appear.
If trying to use the customizer it is not possible e.g. to exchange the logo. But I performed all installation steps as described.
Can you please send back the money, I tried the installation many times during one whole day.
It seems that the config on the site is not standard # you need to go to Appearance->install plugin, download and activate the plugins that the theme requires before importing, especially with the Redux framework plugin to appear theme options # For Logo each homepage will choose its own logo at Page options when editing page, to set it go there to change, the general logo will be changed at Theme options->general->logo # to make sure everything is best you can provide wp-admin and 1st level access, we will help you set up everything completely and correctly on your site as quickly as possible
