Please go to Appearance -> Theme Options -> General -> Logo & Favicon and setup the logo for the whole site. Then go to edit the homepage, pull down the Page Option section and remove the specific logo for the homepage there. It will receive the logo you have set from the Theme Options.

I think this problem is a general issue with this theme.
If you change the logo, it only applies to the homepage, not to other pages !!!
Help me to change the Logo on all pages !!!
