The page used to properly upload and the website was working and performing perfectly. I recently visited the page and it started to show errors relating to the query.php file which was always there in the organico theme website. Kindly please help me to retrieve the missing file to my website.
please enable dubug on the config.php file to check the core on the site, most likely the problem is with the server and not with the theme because it was working before
I will try this, yes you are right the site was working and no modifications were done on it since then, I do not know why this error occurred, but I will try this fix.
My support team seems to be lost in this matter, they do not know where to look and what went wrong the site was working perfectly on 9th July 2021, and nothing was touched, tampered with. Now even they do not know except asking me to reinstall it all over again.
