    Image below the top bar on all pages of the site except the store page and home page , 

    As you can see the image is on the pages of the site and I am interested in removing / changing it. I do not know how and get involved with it for a long time.
    In addition to that it is not possible to open a new account as a customer on the site and I do not understand why.
    I would love for you to help me delete the image and add access to create an account for the clients.

    go to Theme options->general->Breadcrumbs and set its background image or choose to hide breadcrumbs image here
