I have removed the vendor option from the sign up page. I went to the file manager and then to the dokan lite folder in the wp_content folder. From there I scrolled to the seller registration form.php, and removed the lines with the radio option for vendor.

I would like my customers to sign up as customers only and not vendors. How can I remove the vendor option?

This option is from Dokan plugin and you can use this way to adjust it
