After purchasing the theme, you upload the installable theme file to your site at Appearance -> Themes and activate it. Then you need to go to Appearance -> Install Plugins, download and activate all the plugins required by the theme.
Finally you can go to the FTC Importer in the menu admin panel and press Full Import, waiting for the process to 100%, the demo content has been imported successfully.
+ Please note that: For the themes have many Homepages, by default we import the "Home-1" only. If you want to use another Homepage, you can go to FTC Importer -> Homepages Importer, click on the Homepage and import it.
If you encounter any issues while importing, please provide us the Backend(wp-admin) access the site. We'll do our best to help.
Please go to Appearance -> Theme Options -> General -> Logo & Favicon and setup the logo for the whole site. Then go to edit the homepage, pull down the Page Option section and remove the specific logo for the homepage there. It will receive the logo you have set from the Theme Options.
If you are using the Header builder with Elementor, you need go to Backend -> Elementor -> Settings -> General -> Post Types to enable the "FTC Header" and "FTC Footer" for Elementor. Then go to Homepage, select edit Header with Elementor and edit Logo there.
Since we changed the version of PHP on our server to PHP 8.1, we are getting display errors on the site. What should we do? We host other sites on this server that need PHP 8.1. Editing the site via Elementor is also no longer possible.
We have purchased the "Osapa" theme, but the demo data does not display correctly on the site, and several images or sections are missing.
