Sorry for my delayed response. Yes, please see the attached image. When I add information in the header sections, I do not see anything getting updated on the top header of the site. I'm trying to update the top header, but as you can see in the second screenshot, this section still has template information, and I cannot find how or where to update it. Thank you.

It means there is no FTC Header CPT.
You should use pre-defined header layouts.
