I upgraded WordPress to 6.3 version on my end and everything worked fine.

But remember, to avoid problems with the update we recommend creating a staging site (full copy of the production site) and test the update there first. If everything is ok you’ll be able to update production site. 

If you find any issues you’ll be able to fix them on the staging site and then move changes to your production. It’s the safest way to update the site.
