I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report some issues I'm experiencing with the Organico WordPress theme that I recently purchased from your platform. While importing the theme and setting up my website, I've encountered problems related to the proper functioning of shortcodes and the Instagram feed integration.

1. Shortcodes Not Working Properly: After importing the Organico theme and applying it to my website, I've noticed that several shortcodes are not functioning as expected. When I use certain shortcodes in my pages or posts, they either display incorrectly or fail to render any content at all. This is affecting the visual appeal and functionality of my website.
2. Instagram Shortcode Issue: Additionally, I've tried to integrate my Instagram feed using the provided Instagram shortcode feature in the Organico theme. However, the Instagram feed is not displaying on the designated section of my website. It seems that the shortcode is not retrieving the Instagram content as intended.

I have taken the following steps to troubleshoot the issues:

• Checked the theme documentation and followed the recommended shortcode usage guidelines.
• Deactivated all plugins except for the ones required by the Organico theme to eliminate potential conflicts.
• Verified that my WordPress installation, theme, and plugins are up to date.

Despite my efforts, I have not been able to resolve these problems on my own. As these issues are affecting the overall functionality and appearance of my website, I kindly request your assistance in resolving them.

Could you please investigate these issues and provide me with guidance on how to fix them? I would greatly appreciate your prompt attention to this matter, as my website's launch timeline is approaching.
