403 Forbidden error says that we don’t have permissions on your server for this request. Contact your host provider for help in this situation.

I tested theme and demo import functionality again, it worked perfectly on my end, you can import all demo hompages.

Please provide wp-admin access again, I will export Home 20 and import to your site.

But, please note that 403 Forbidden is out of our controls so to make site works properly, you need to contact hosting provider or disable CDN.
