    Hi. I’m trying to create a page using Elementor but I see it’s not working properly:

    • I can’t apply a rounded border to the pictures.
    • Container width doesn’t work.
    • If I add a spacer, it doesn’t work.
    • I can change the text colour, but not the font.

    This happens by instance in the page called “00 - PRUEBA ABOUT US - CON ELEMENTOR”.

    I guess it is due to the theme I’m using. Is there anything that should I activate or deactivate to make Elementor work?

    Hi Kevin.  Here you have the admin info:

    I have just created a new page with the name "00 JJ - PRUEBA FORMULARIO NEWSLETTER".

    I attach two screen shots. One with the Elementor edition page, and the other with te preview page.

    You'll see that Elementor is not working properly: Font, colours, spacers, ...

    Is there anything that should I activate or deactivate to make Elementor work?

    Thanks.

    Hi Inmaculada,

    It worked well on my end https://prnt.sc/SXLl6vof0L13

    Please clear browser cache, cache from cache plugins, regenerate CSS of Elementor https://elementor.com/help/regenerate-css-data/ and check again.

    Hi Hung. I cleared the caches, and CSS of Elementor. Instantly it worked as you show in your screenshot.

    But the text font is still not changing. Check my new screenshots:

    And I also add a separator line at the top of the page, but it doesn't appear in the preview page.

    How can I fix it?

    Regards.

    Hi Kevin.
    I cleared browser cache and it works. But I have to do it every time. After every thing I do.
    This never happened with other websites I worked in. I think it's a theme issue.

    Also, the text font remains not working even in the elementor edition page.

    Link to screenshot.

    Do you know how to fix it?

    Hi Inmaculada,

    p tag used secondary font in Theme Options > Styling > Typography https://prnt.sc/1WyzQ8JJ1HDF

    You can try to use span tag for the text https://prnt.sc/nxqqfCJPvrit

    Hi Kevin,

    I've tried what you suggested, and when using the Elementor span tag for font changes, it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. For example, right now it's not working, and I'm not sure why (https://prnt.sc/7Z5VYOO7xFJI).

    Furthermore, when I manage to make it work, switching between the "Visual" and "HTML" tabs in the left window of Elementor messes up everything I've done. For instance, I go to HTML, write some text, switch to VISUAL, then back to HTML, and the "<p>" tags have been deleted.

    I'm not an expert in this, as you can see my knowledge is very limited, but it seems Elementor isn't functioning properly with Crona. Perhaps it's due to compatibility issues with another plugin...

    Is there anything I can do?

    Regards,

    Inmaculada

    PS: The text I'm putting in the HTML tab is as follows:

    <span style="font-family: Aclonica, sans-serif;">

    Font in Elementor: Aclonica</span>

    <p><p>

    <span style="font-family: Aclonica, sans-serif;">

    Color: Yellow</span>

    <p>

    <span style="font-family: Aclonica, sans-serif;">

    Background: blue</span>

    <p>

    <span style="font-family: Aclonica, sans-serif;">

    Lorem fistrum por la gloria de mi madre esse jarl aliqua llevame al sircoo. De la pradera ullamco qué dise usteer está la cosa muy malar.</span>

    <p>

    <span style="color: red;">

    Color: Red</span>

    Hi Inmaculada,

    You don't need to use style attribute to define the font.

    Please double check.

    Hi Ken,

    I tried what you said. I deleted the "Style" words and it worked.

    But... now Elementor is working perfectly (apparently). I didn’t do anything. It just began to respond correctly. I have to clear the cache from time to time, but it works. So I’ll keep working like this and I hope nothing goes wrong again.

    Thank you for your attention.
