We have purchased the theme. Also imported the demo content with home9 homepage. But I don't know why the color swatches and categories filters are not showing on shop page.

Please suggest and throw some light.

    Thanks

    Ashish

    Hi Kevin,

Thank you for your response. It's on localhost buddy. I don't think I will be able to share the URL or other login details. Let me know if anything else like a call or video recording works for you, I can provide that.

    Thanks

    Ashish

    Hi Ashish,

First, you need to create Product Attributes and add these to product, you can read more here https://woo.com/document/variable-product/

Navigate to Appearance > Widgets > in the Product Category Top Content area, re-select color attribute then set colors https://prnt.sc/6MRSLGkYwQ9Q

    Hi Kevin,

Thank you for your response, and I think it's resolved now. One more thing, regarding theme activation. I want to ask if I have activated the theme on my localhost and maybe next week we will go live. So on the live server, when I activate the theme, will it work? Or do I need to follow some other approach? Or do I need to deactivate first on my localhost and then activate on live?

    I am assuming it's a single-site license theme.

    Hi Ashish,

You are indeed allowed to activate the theme license on a development domain for the purpose of building and customizing the website. Once you are ready to go live, you can deactivate the license on the development domain and then activate it on the main domain. This process is in line with our licensing policy, which allows for a development stage before the final deployment.

If you have a quick minute we always appreciate a 5-star rating on our theme! Your feedback is the motivation to improve our work and services.

    Hi Ashish,

Yes, you're right. It's regular license. It means that one license can be used for one domain only.

You're allow to activate the license at your localhost. Once the development finish, we will help you deactivate the license at localhost and activate it on your production site.

Thank you for using our theme!
