    Hi Kevin,

    Kindly could you elaborate and answer my questions that I have asked previously?

    1. Even if your theme doesn't use Divi. Divi still work 100% with the theme, it is in fact the only page builder that allowed us to edit the theme except for the headers and footers.
    2. I have not received screenshots from you showing how WPBakery and Elementor is used to edit your themeFTC without making additional purchases.
    3. The theme loaded correctly before I provided you with the temporary login details (with admin rights), klindly confirm what you have changed?
    I have screenshots of where the theme was perfectly fine and was able to use Divi. I just needed help with the header and footer as well as why I can't use  WPBakery and Elementor.
    4. Also you are not answering my question in regarding if I will have all the pages and products that I added in WordPress if you reset everything? I need to know in detail what does it mean to loose all content?

    The weird thing is everything was fine until I started using the themeFTC, I have used other themes watched multiple videos of how Divi is used on ThemesFTC, but for some reason you still don't want to see that it is the ThemeFTC that is the problem.

    I understand you don't want to refund because then you loose money, but I honestly I can't go back and forth the whole time with this Theme, I am currently losing money with this theme because my e-commerce website is not working. As support SOMEONE surely can assist in refunding.
