Hi, I finished installing the Dove theme and activated al required and suggested plugins. Also did the full import of the Demo Content using FTC Importer. The problem is at the next step when I want to import a specific home page. When I navigate to FTC Importer > Homepages Importer, the "Import" buttons on the demo pages are all disabled. When I hover over the buttons they all show an off-limits cursor (red circle with diagonal line)
Hi, I have another issue regarding this same demo import. So i was able to import the demo successfully, but almost all the images from the home page are not showing. Also de demo products in the shop all are missing their images. But when I look in the media gallery I see that all images are available in the media, but just not showing on the theme demo. How can I resolve this?
Thank you for importing the demo content. However it is still not as I am expecting. I was expecting that the Full Import will make the site exactly the same as the demo. You fixed the home-16 home page, but please take a look at the rest of the site. None of the images are showing. For example 'About Us' page, Services page and also all the Sample products in Shop. Could you please also help how to get the rest according to the demo including images? All the images are present in Media folders, but just not showing.
Somehow the medias were not imported during the process, you can select images manually or you can list the pages you want to use, which are missing images, I will help you to do that.
I am appreciate your patience and have a nice weekend ahead.
I found the problem, The demo site HTML points to the uploads/2017/06 folder .com\//wp-content/uploads/2017/06/member3.jpg" But the The FTC importer uploads all media files directly to the uploads folder root. So I will be doing a scan to update everything. But perhaps you can update this in the next FTC importer settings for next time..
I did a fresh install of my Wordpress and re-installed the plugin. After doing the FTC import steps now all is good. Site is exactly as the Demo site I wanted and now I can start changing the content accordingly. The problem was indeed the conflict with my existing installation and old posts. Demo post-IDs that were pointing to old stuff is now all resolved. Thanks for support. If I need any other help I will reach out in the future.

Please tell me which demo you want to import and send:
- Admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password)
