You can add this CSS code to change the breadcrumbs background color:

}
Regarding the ChatGPT, you can setting it in Back Office -> ThemeFTC -> Setting GPT. You can turn on/off it in Theme Options -> eCommerce -> Product details -> Product Review Summary. You can see attached screenshots.
If the problem still persists, please provide us Back Office access to the site. We will check it further.
